ANALYTICAL TOOLS FOR STATISTICS CREATION

Every airbnb/hotel manager must measure, analyze, evaluate and test data available to him. The STR MANAGER is full of various analytical functions so you can see very easily how is your airbnb/hotel performing in actual numbers. Based on these statistics you can make important decisions that may increase your future earnings

LANDLORD COMMISSION

Great function for airbnb managing agencies. For each apartment, you can set a different commission, and even the amount of the commission can be different in individual months. The commission is calculated by the percentage of the difference between revenue and expenditure.

INCOME AND EXPENSE TRACKER

As a bnb operator, this is the function that I created the STR MANAGER for and which was the main benefit for me. I have not found any service that would monitor revenue and expenses in detail, both for individual apartments/rooms and centrally. Expensive online services with a monthly fee for tracking income and expenses are not tailored to hospitality business and also there is a potential risk of losing sensitive sales data.

BLACKLIST

Occasionally you get guests you do not want to accommodate in your apartment/hotel ever again. Using this tool, you can keep record of unwanted guests and also the damages they caused. Going forward you can check whether your guest is not listed on your blacklist before you accomodate him/her.

CLEANING MANAGER

This is a really great tool to help you plan the cleaning of your apartments/rooms more efficiently. You can simply set a time interval for tasks, which you do not have to do everyday. The cleaning manager will automatically notify you what (and when) you need to do in each apartment/room. Thanks to this tool, we continually maintain a high review score. We have a rating of 9.9/10 in the cleanliness category from a total of 700 reviews.

CITY, FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES MANAGER

I do not like the uncertainty and the unpleasant surprise of high tax payments I'm not prepared for in advance. That is why STR MANAGER contains a tool that tells you (at any time) how much tax you are due to pay. Our company Čajkovskij Apartments operates in Central Europe with fully furnished apartments. We are the owners - myself and my wife Beata - and we truly enjoy the hospitality business and all the ups and downs that come with it.

Great tool how to show your guests everything about your apartment and near by location. Guidebook is something what should be in every apartment for make guest stay as easier as possible.

Guidebook contains

logo, two photos of your apartment, apartment's name, house rules, wifi, contacts, info about guest zone (you can change), how to get to the apartment by public transport, near by shops and restaurants, map with shops and restaurants with the pins, minibar products with prices, check-out info

Guidebook customization

Guidebook is fully editable in Adobe Photoshop (PSD version) or MS Word (DOC version). You will only need basic knowledge of these programs. In the program, you have to overwrite the text and change the images to your own, including the logo. However, if you are not able to change it yourself, for a small fee I can customize the guidebook according to your exact requirements.
