4★ = Good. There were several issues that need to be improved, but overall, a good experience.
3★ = Bearable. There were a lot of things wrong with the property, just an okay experience.
2★ = Bad. There were significant problems with the property, this was a bad experience.
1★ = Terrible. The property is awful, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, this was a terrible experience.
