How to find us?
The address is: Downing Street Apartments, 28 Ardwick Green South, Manchester, M13 9XE
An uber will take you straight there. The building is on the main road, on the right hand side if you are coming from Piccadilly Station. It is next to 'Westwood Security Shutters' and has a grey lower half. The key boxes are situated down the right hand side of the building. The code will have been sent to you on an email.

You can park at the side of my building as shown by the Red car below. There are double yellow lines on there, however these are on our private land, so there is no chance you will get a parking ticket. Please allow space for a second car to park there and please look out for the gaps for the basement windows. There’s secure CCTV covering this area. There is also a space as shown by the Yellow car, however this space is a little harder to park in.
You can also park your car anywhere along 'Hamsell Road' that is within the white box road markings. It's free to park there from 3pm on Fridays and all weekends. If you are parking outside of those hours I will need to register your car for the permit. Please send me the Make, Model, Colour and Vehicle Reg. Thanks.
Due to Covid precautions I will be doing Contactless Self Check in’s. This means I will leave the keys in the key box for you so you can check yourself in. If you struggle to open the key box I have left instructions in a frame above the boxes.
As you're looking at the front of the building, the Key Box will be situated down the right hand side. There will be a silver Portacabin to the right, follow the patch of fake grass down between the building and the portacabin, you will see the side door to the building on the left. To the left of the door are a few key boxes. Your key box code is emailed to you 3 days prior to your arrival

We hope you had a great time and that you’ll come back and visit again. Before you leave there are just a few things to do:
- Please leave the property as you found it – All dishes cleaned etc.
- Turn off all heating
- Turn off all lights
- Ensure all windows are shut
- Remember to take all your personal belongings
- Please send me a message to let me know when you are leaving
- Please leave the keys on the kitchen table
Items left behind – We can post items that are left behind by guests, however, please note there may be an additional fee for this service to cover postage costs and expenses. Due to past experience we will need payment before items are posted. So please check you have all of your belongings before you leave. Thank you.

Standard Check Out is 11am.
No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the building. Anyone found to be smoking inside the property will be charged an additional fee of £50, may be asked to leave immediately and will not receive a refund.
If you need to smoke please do so outside and dispose of your extinguished cigarettes in the black cigarette bin at the side of the building.
Additional Unauthorised guests / visitors may be charged for up to a rate of £30 per person - this is at the host's discretion.
There are two main Takeaway options which offer a host of different food types including great Gluten Free and Vegan options. Some even deliver 24 hours a day! These both work via Website or App:

The nearest shop, a Tesco Express, is just a 3 minute walk away. Leave the front door, turn right and follow the main road up to the roundabout. You will see the Tesco Express Petrol Station there. It is also the nearest Cash Machine / ATM.
Opening times: 6am-10pm Alcohol serving times – 10am-10pm
There is also a Sainsbury’s Local inside Piccadilly Train Station where you can also buy SIM cards.
Bed linen and towels
Fresh towels and linen are provided and can be changed for you over longer stays at no extra cost. Please give 24hrs notice. Replacements will be brought to the apartment in a box, please fill this box with the used linen and I will take it away to be laundered.
