How To Check Out

Check-out time is 11am or earlier.

will charge rm15 per 15min late

Please do not over 11am because our cleaner will be there by 11am and starting to cleaning for next guest

Here the step for check out

1. You have to bring all your belongings

2. Done put all belongings into your vehicle or transport

3. Close all the main door of the house

4. Drive to guard house, say bye bye with guard house

Please do help update me once check out so I can inform cleaner to clean the house.

Rules:
1. Act like you’re staying at your girlfriend’s/ boyfriend’s mom’s house for the first time - be respectful, clean up after yourself.

2. Do not smoke anywhere in the house. If you smoke outside, pick-up your trash

3. Do not move any of the furniture

4. Use ‘inside’ voices! You are not renting a concrete bunker

5. Please don’t eat or drink anything while sitting on the bedding. We want to provide nice-quality bedding yet still keep our price low. This is a family-owned business. However! Accidents happen! If you spill something on the sheets or blankets, please alert us immediately so that we can wash it. Thanks!

6. If you are here for more than 2 days, and/or if you put raw meat or vegetables in the trash, take the trash out. This will keep your kitchen area clean and pleasant.

7. Thanks for reading all our rules! We love our guests and can’t wait to host you!

Penalty:
1. Missing key RM500 (cost of call keyman to unlock the house and change lock bear by guest)
2. Smoking inside the house / toilet - fine RM500
3. Party in the house without permission - fine RM500
