There are few step for check in by GRAB

1. Ask driver drop you at Lobby of Twin Galaxy

2. following Video 1 to mailbox get the KEY & ACCESS CARD

3. Go to Block B, ask guard help to open the security door/ if there someone come out, you can go in straightly.

4. Go to the mailbox of B-18-07

5. Use the passcode xxx
Open the mailbox
(passcode will send to you once the place is ready)

7. Go to Lift for Block B
Scan the access card and press level 18

8. Walk to unit B-18-07, Get into the studio and enjoy your stay

There are few step for check in and how to go into the car park

1. When enter "Jalan Dato Abdullah Tahir", Park at the place following IMAGE 1

2. follow following image arrow to mailbox get the KEY & ACCESS CARD

3. Get back to the car

4. Now you can enter the car park with ACCESS CARD

5. follow IMAGE to access lift and go to the unit Level 18


6. Get into the studio and enjoy your stay

Check-out time is 11am or earlier,

here the steps how to check out

guest coming by grab just do step 1 and 4

1. On your way out please lock the door

2. You have to bring the access card and key to exit car park

3. Drive your car and exit car park then park at place where you first time get the key and access card

4. Go to mailbox and put the key and access card drop inside mailbox

5. Back to your car, fastern seat belt, drive to your destination
