Dear guests,

please respect the night hours between 22:00 and 07:00, especially in the apartment with balcony in consideration to the other guests and our neighbors.

Please do not use towels to wipe the floor or remove make-up

Please make sure the roof window is closed and all appliances are switched off everytime you leave the house

In case of group reservation, please do not leave the entrance doors to the house open.

1.Damages ,Breakages an Key lost: Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. The costs will be taken from the credit card used to secure the booking or pay for the stay. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. One key lost will incure 2000 Bath charge for a replacement.

2.Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
3.Parking: We provide free parking at the rear of the House to our guests.

4.Internet Access: We provide free wireless access internet. Please make sure your laptop and mobile devices have wireless function.One PC is available for customers to check email and browse internet. As the service is beyond our control,we could not guarantee internet access quality.

5.No Smoking: All public areas and guest bedrooms in side the building are non smoking. Should you found to be smoking in your room a charge of £100 will be made to your credit card to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings and fabrics.

6:Pets: Pets are not permitted.

7.Luggage: In situation if you have get in my place before \ncheck in time .We do not provide any place to keep your luggage.

8.Important Rules: For your peaceful when you stay at my place Out of respect for neighbours, noise levels should be kept to a minimum.

Parking is possible on our street. Usually our guests park in side of our house.

In each house you will find clean bed linen and hotel towels. If your reservation , you will have 1 set of towels for each person (hand towel, standard towel and bath towel).
If your stay is longer than 7 nights, you will also have a spare set of towels (or you can change towels at any time on request)

Free Wi-Fi access is available in all our apartments. You can find the network name and password in the information leaflet or Airbnb Inbox .
