ArrivalOur check-in time is at 3.00 PM until 7.00 PM. For late check-in, Please refer to the procedure given below: 1. When you arrive at the building, please register with the security guard at the main entrance. 2. Please provide the guard on duty with your name, unit number, and inform the guard that you are YEQ Home's guest. 3. The guard will then give you a card lanyard with 2 cards inside. 4. The WHITE card is for use inside the lift and the BLUE card is to be used to enter the unit by tapping it on the reader at the door. 5. Should you have any difficulties, you may always contact me by phone or via the AirBnB messenger. Currently we do not have a concierge counter at our apartment, so please let us know your ETA the day before your arrival. It will make it smoother for us to arrange and ready your apartment on time. This also to ensure that your check-in for that day smoother and fast. DepartureCheck-out is strictly at 12.00 PM. Please inform us 15 min earlier to inspect the house and refund back the deposit. *Please ensure that when checkout : 1. Switch off all the lightings and aircond. 2. (Optional) please throw all the garbage inside the the garbage room located inside lift lobby 3. 3. You can leave the card inside the house or at the guardhouse at your easiest convenience here. |
RulesThis is our summarized house rules and guide. For more detail, please refer to the house manual provided inside the apartment. 1. Strictly NO PARTIES. 2. Please be informed that we currently do not have concierge counter. You can contact us through AirBNB messenger or Whatsapp if you have any inquiries. 3. Any incidents/problems that occured after 7 PM are to be escalated on tomorrow morning. Unless it is an emergency, we will try to assist you. 4. Please keep the apartment clean at all times. Please be extra careful if white linen is installed inside your unit. 5. Heavy cooking is not allowed. Please be aware that the smoke detector is quite sensitive, do turn on the stove hood if you want to cook. 6. Please be considerate to the neighbours. 7. No shoes in the house (indoor slippers provided). 8. No smoking inside the house. RM 500 will be charged for the removal of odours, debris and such. 9. For other facilities such as function/dining room and BBQ deck, please consult with the building management or tell us beforehand for booking and such. 10. Do turn off the water heater switch after use. Manual1. Water heater switch is located at kitchen area. The water may take awhile to boil. (Important) Please turn off the switch after use. 2. To open NETFLIX on your TV, you can search for a home button on the remote control ( other brand may differ). Click the NETFLIX icon and you good to go. 3. Remember to switch off the lights and aircond when going out or when check-out time. 4. Please do not use towel as a toilet rug. You can leave a message or contact us, we will promptly set the toilet rug for you if it not available inside your unit. 5. Smoking policyAll of our houses are non-smoking unit. In the event that a guest smokes inside the room, the operator reserves the right to charge a RM 500.00 (Deep Cleaning Fee) to the room occupant. |

Pool rulesPlease take your time to read the pool rules and regulation :
1. Pool area is open daily. For after hour, operator nor management will not be responsible for any injury that may occur when using apartment facilities. Please use the pool at your own risk. 2. Guests staying at hotel may use the swimming pool area free of charge. 3. Proper swimming costume is a must for using the swimming pool facilities. 4. Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool. 5. Taking shower before entering the pool is mandatory, and it is also advisable to take bath with soap after leaving the pool. 6. Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. 7. Food and drinks are not permitted on the pool decks. 8. No Glassware is permitted in the pool area. 9. Use the pool ladder to enter and exit the swimming pool to avoid any injury. 10. Diving is Strictly prohibited as it can lead to injury. 11. Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) should not use the Swimming Pool. 12. Spitting, spouting of water, blowing nose in the pool are prohibited. 13. Throwing litter in pool premises is strictly prohibited as it may choke pipe lines/drainage system of swimming pool. 14. Kindly keep all valuables in the house, operator or management cannot be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property left at the swimming pool premises. 15. Walk; do not run in and around the pool facility for your and other safety. 16. Operator or Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
